Considering the said submission, we dispose of this writ appeal with liberty to the appellant to approach the learned Single Judge by filing a review petition seeking review of the impugned judgment and order dated 30.11.2022. If the review petition is filed by the appellant herein, we request the learned Single Judge to take up the review petition for consideration and dispose of the same on its merits. 4.
