Learned advocate for the defacto-complainant denies such contentions advanced by the petitioner. Learned advocate for the State produces the case diary and draws the attention of the court to the statement of the victim under section 183 of the BNSS as well as the medicolegal examination report. 2 Having considered the materials relied upon by the State, I am not inclined to grant the prayer for anticipatory bail of the present petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (A) 1843 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of Evidence submitted be kept with the record.
