JUSTICE KHATIM REZA ORAL ORDER 3 17-08-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Amnaur PS Case No.284 of 2023 dated 18.11.2023, instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner, in order to falsely implicate the informant and his family members, got his fake medical treatment done at Primary Health Centre, Amnaur, and further forged injury reports were prepared. On the strength of those forged and fabricated documents, Amnaur PS Case No.321 of 2022 was lodged against the informant of this case in which he had to go to jail

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was a government Doctor in the Primary Health Centre, Amnaur, at the time of alleged occurrence. The petitioner had issued the Injury Report of one Vikas Kumar only on the basis of the impression disclosed in the CT Scan report. In the CT Scan report dated 09.11.2022 of the aforesaid injured, it was mentioned as follows: Hairline Fracture of Left Parietal Bone and on that basis the petitioner had opined the injury as grievous in nature. It is further submitted that the said injured was again re-examined on 24.01.2023 and this time, the CT Scan report of the injured disclosed that “No significant abnormality is seen in brain parenchyma”, which was done after about three months from the first CT Scan. Further submission is that the hairline fracture of left parietal bone may disappear after about three months. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents. 5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon
