(Oral) The petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 (Section 438 Cr.P.C.) in case bearing FIR No.59 dated 10.04.2026 under Sections 3, 13(1), 8, 13(3) of Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 registered at Police Station Nagina, District Nuh. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 01.05.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 01.05.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, the interim order dated 01.05.2026 is made absolute.
