It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that his vehicle has been seized by the Forester without having any authority under the law and in this regard his representation is pending before the DFO (O.P. No.5). 3. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the DFO, Athagarh Forest Division (O.P. No.5) to consider the grievance of the petitioner as per his representation dated 18th January, 2026 under Annexure-4 and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. 4.
