This is an application by one Shri. Oshalson Nongbri for impleading himself in the main writ petition. The ground for seeking impleadment is that he was the original complainant who had made the complaints against the writ petitioner with regard to illegal alienation of land for consideration. 2. It is submitted by Mr. J.Shylla, learned counsel for the applicant that the terms of Appointment/Sanad prohibits such transactions which have been entered into by the writ petitioner. 2026:MLHC:492 3 3.
