Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. By the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks for direction upon respondent authorities for disbursement of the family pension. 3. The petitioner contends that her father late Pulinbihari Bera was an Assistant Teacher in Narghat Primary School. The father of the petitioner died-in-harness on 27th December, 1976. The mother of the petitioner died on 24th June, 2003. The husband of the petitioner died on 18th September, 2017. The petitioner is a widowed daughter of the deceased employee. The petitioner made an application on 24th March, 2025 for grant of family pension in her favour. However, the same is pending with the authority. Hence, this writ petition. 4. Mr. Dilip Kumar Sadhu, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 24th March, 2025 be relegated to the appropriate authority for due consideration. 5. Learned Advocate for the State leaves the matter to the discretion of this Court. 6. In view of the aforesaid, the respondent No.4, the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Purba Medinipur is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 24th March, 2025 for grant of family pension in her favour in accordance with law upon notice to petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 7. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the respondent No.4, the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Purba Medinipur for necessary action. 8. With the above direction, the writ petition being WPA 10755 of 2025 stands disposed of. 9. Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegation made in the writ petition is deemed to be not admitted. 10. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 11. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. 12. There shall be no order as to costs. 13. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 2 14.
