1. Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.
2. Mr. Pantu Deb Roy, learned Advocate representing the petitioner submits that inaction on the part of the concerned police authorities in not registering FIR based on the complaint lodged prompts the petitioner to approach this Court with the present writ petition seeking direction upon the concerned police authorities to take steps.

3. Learned Advocate representing the State respondents has filed a communication dated 16th July, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Moyna Police Station, Purba Medinipur enclosing copy of FIR and same is taken on record.
4. Copy of the communication dated 16th July, 2026 along with copy of the FIR are made over to the learned Advocate representing the petitioner.
5. It is disclosed in the communication dated 16th July, 2026 that based on the complaint lodged an FIR has been drawn up being Moyna Police Station Case No. 255 of 2026 dated 15th July, 2026 and investigation has commenced.
6. In view of registering FIR grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further
order need be passed on this writ petition.
7. With the aforesaid observation writ petition stands disposed of.
8. Accordingly W.P.A No. 16208 of 2026 stands
disposed of.
