Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for bail on health issues as also the merits of the case. Learned advocate for the State has produced the statement of the victim under Section 183 of the BNSS. I have taken into account the same and is of the opinion that the petitioner is connected in the alleged offence according to the prosecution case. If there are health issues or his mother has passed away in that case, the petitioner would apply before the Jail Authority under the Jail Code. Concerned authorities would dispose of the same in accordance with law. However, the issues relating to bail is concerned, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 2 Accordingly, CRM (M) 1431 of 2026 is dismissed.
