Mr. Akash Shrivastava, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3/ insurance company would submit that the amount of 79,535/- deserves to be reduced from the amount of compensation. 4. Mr. R.V.Rajwade, learned counsel for the claimant would oppose the submission made by Mr. Akash Shrivastava, learned counsel for the insurance company. 5. After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and going through the record, I do not find it to be a fit case for reduction of the amount of compensation.
