It is submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, Charge Sheet came to be filed by the Respondent - Police on 13/02/2026 against the Petitioner herein and another and thereafter, the Spl. C. No. 54/2026 came to be registered against the Petitioner (Accused No. 1) and another in the said special case.
