JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 13-08-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, opposite party no. 2 and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Jalalgarh P. S. Case No. 131 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 69, 352, 115(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per prosecution case, on false promise of marriage, this petitioner established physical relation with the informant and when she became pregnant, he attempted to abort the pregnancy by giving her medicines. Upon refusal, petitioner threatened to kill the informant. Victim in her statement, recorded under Section 183 BNSS, has supported the prosecution case. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
