Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. The petitioner’s application seeking transfer filed offline in the prescribed format was considered and approved by the Headmaster and the Secretary of the school and the same was forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Paschim Medinipur for consideration on 16th January, 2026. No steps have been taken by the District Inspector of Schools till date. 3. Without entering into the merits of the same, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools to consider the said application and if the prayer of the petitioner is allowed then take necessary steps to forward the application of the petitioner to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission in Page 2 accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 4. The Commission shall take necessary consequential steps in the matter in accordance with law and if the application of the petitioner for transfer is allowed, then necessary follow up steps shall be taken without any further delay. 5. The fate of the petitioner’s application shall be made known to the petitioner. 6. The writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
