The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chhattarpur PS Case No.161 of 2025, for offence registered under section 309(4), 109(1) of BNS, 2023, section 25(1-B)a and 26 of Arms Act, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para-9 and the allegations are made against the apprehended co-accused that they were planning to commit robbery. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
