1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“I.To kindly call for the records of the case from the respondents. RAGHVENDRA JAT Digitally signed by RAGHVENDRA JAT

To kindly Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, preferably in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned orders dated 24.02.2026 passed by Respondent No. 6 as being arbitrary, illegal and violative of the principles of natural justice; iii. To kindly Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, preferably in the nature of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in demolishing the residential house of the petitioner as illegal, unconstitutional and void ab initio; iv. To kindly direct the respondents to reconstruct/restore the demolished residential house of the petitioner at Village Chingri, District Durg, or in the alternative, to pay adequate compensation to the petitioner for the loss caused due to the illegal demolition; v. Direct the respondents to pay compensation/damages to the petitioner for violation of his fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, including loss of shelter, mental agony, and hardship suffered by the petitioner and his family members; vi. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction restraining the respondents from taking any further coercive action against the petitioner in relation to the subject property; vii. To direct initiation of appropriate proceedings against the respondent authorities for the arbitrary and illegal demolition of the petitioner's house, in complete disregard
3 of the principles of natural justice and due process of law. viii. Grant costs of the petition in favour of the petitioner. ix.
Any other order that may be deemed fit and just may also kindly be made including cost of the petition..”
2. The matter is taken up today for passing appropriate orders on the request made by the petitioner for withdrawal of the present petition, as indicated in the Court Slip. 3.
