The Petitioner is before this Court seeking the following reliefs: - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010418482026 NC: 2026:KHC:37170 RP No. 335 of 2026 WHEREFORE, the Review Petitioner respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to review the order dated 04.06.2026 passed in W.P. No.13219/2026 (GM-RES)-Annexure-A-1, in exercise of powers under Section 114 read with Order XLVII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, and pass such further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interests of justice and equity. 3. This Court had disposed of W.P.No.13219/2026 vide order dated 04.06.2026 by holding that this Court does not have jurisdiction since the direction being sought for against respondent No.1-SEBI, who is located in Mumbai. The allegations which had been made out are more in the nature of a public interest litigation rather than private lis, the only private lis which is raised was as regards the termination service of the petitioner, as regards which the petitioner has an alternative remedy. 4. Though the petitioner-Party-in-Person has today filed a note having nine (9) pages of submissions, the fact remains that none of these were argued during the time when the matter was taken up. - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010418482026 NC: 2026:KHC:37170 RP No. 335 of 2026 5. The contention of the petitioner-Party-in-Person is that his earlier lawyer did not argue the matter, cannot be a ground for expanding the scope of review jurisdiction. 6. Be that as it may, the reasoning as regards jurisdiction, public interest litigation and private lis, as aforesaid, remains the very same, irrespective of the submission now made by referring to various judgments.
