This matter is appearing in the list under the heading “Assigned Matters”. 2. This matter was disposed of on 18th August, 2025. However, after it was brought to the notice of this Court by learned Additional Government Pleader of the appeal’s court observation in MAT 2314 of 2014 that all points are kept open including the issue of requirement, if any, of filing criminal complaint, the order dated 18th August, 2025 was recalled. By the said order, the report was called for from the State authorities as to the requirement, if there be any, of filing criminal complaint against the petitioner. 3. In its report dated 12th September, 2025, the Executive Officer, Md. Bazar Panchayat Samiti, Birbhum has stated that a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner which was sent to the Inspector-in-Charge, Md. Bazar Police Station. However, subsequent thereto, no further information is placed by the State. 2 4. Learned Advocate for the State-respondents seeks accommodation to take appropriate instruction regarding filing of any criminal complaint against the petitioner. 5.
