The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other accused have illegally transported two units of sand with the help of lorry and JCB without any valid permission. Hence the case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and has been falsely implicated in this case by the respondent police. Therefore, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner along with other accused, illegally transported two units of sand with the help of lorry and JCB without any valid permission. He would further submitted that there are five previous cases similar in nature pending against the petitioner. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. I have given anxious consideration to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that five previous cases are pending against the petitioner, which clearly https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 13164 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 demonstrates that the petitioner has misused the liberty granted by this Court.
