Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that the petitioner would be satisfy if an appropriate direction is issued to the Secretary, State Transport Authority, to consider and decide the representation dated 2nd July, 2026 expeditiously in accordance with law after giving opportunity of being heard. 3. Learned counsel for the State undertakes that the representation dated 2nd July, 2026 shall be heard and decided in accordance with law after giving the parties the opportunity of being heard. 4. In view of the submissions made, the Secretary, State Transport Authority, West 2 Bengal, is directed to consider and decide the communication dated 2nd July, 2026 within three weeks in accordance with law after giving the parties an opportunity of being heard. 5. The authority shall convey the decision within two weeks to the petitioner. 6. Hence, the present writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
