The applicant has preferred this First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 132/2026, registered at Police Station – Gunderdehi, District – Balod (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 296, 115(2), 351(3), 109(1) and 3(5) of the BNS. 2. Learned State counsel has pointed out that the applicant is having a total of five criminal antecedents including the present one, and so far as the rest four cases are concerned, two are under the Arms Act, one is under the Excise Act and one is under BNS, but neither such respective information has been given by the applicant, nor they have been mentioned in the bail application. In view of the submission made by learned State counsel, the instant bail application is dismissed on this ground alone, with liberty to the applicant to file afresh after mentioning the information regarding the criminal antecedents of the applicant. 4.
