JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR DWIVEDI --- For the Petitioners :- Mr. Ashish Verma, Advocate For the State :- Mr. Fahad Allam, Advocate ---- 2/07.04.2026 Heard learned counsels for petitioners and for State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Taljhari PS Case no.8 of 2021, for offence registered under section 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307 and 326 of the IPC, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dumka. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the students and there are general and omnibus allegations of making unlawful assembly armed with deadly weapons by which they assaulted the informant with intention to kill. He next submits that the petitioners have been implicated in this case on the basis of previous enmity and land dispute. He next submits that the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.6001 of 2024 and the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.17 of the petition. 2026:JHHC:10019 2 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the allegations are there of assault. 5. Considering that the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid and it has been pointed out that the petitioners are the students and they are having no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, and in that view of the matter, both the petitioners, above named, are, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release both the petitioners, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
