Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral) The present petition has been filed seeking mainly the following reliefs: “ i) That any appropriate writ/order or direction may kindly be issued and the respondents may kindly be directed to transfer the petitioner from present place of posting i.e. Government Senior Secondary School Dhulara, District Chamba, H.P. to one of the station mentioned in the present Civil Writ Petition. ii) That any appropriate writ/ order or direction may kindly be issued and the respondents may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner” 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner shall be satisfied in case the representation, which has been made by him, vide Annexure P-2, dated 19.12.2025, is ordered to be decided in accordance with law. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3.
