The petitioner prays for a mandamus upon the husband’s employer to deduct the monthly maintenance and transmit the same to her account. 2. The order passed by the coordinate bench has been complied with by the appropriate authority. 3. The petitioner seeks an order from the writ court upon the BSF authority to deduct maintenance from the salary of an employee, without there being any such order from the competent court which had passed the order of maintenance. 2 4. Execution cases are pending. The petitioner’s remedy lies in such proceeding. 5. Needless to mention, if any order is passed by the competent court for attachment of salary and disbursement thereof to the petitioner, in the maintenance proceeding, such order will be complied with by the BSF authorities. 6.
