The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhitha P.S. Case No. 51 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 96 and 3(5) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2026. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that from the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, it appears that the petitioner and the victim were in relationship. Patna High Court CR. MISC. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. 8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Bhitha P.S.
