Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to conduct a detailed enquiry into the illegal and fraudulent manipulation of the revenue records pertaining to Khasra No. 192, Village Biranpur Khurd, Tahsil Gandai, Chhattisgarh. District Khairagarh- Chhuikhadan-Gandai, ii. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent No. 4 Tehsildar to forthwith correct, restore and rectify the revenue records relating to Khasra No. 192 by restoring the the original entries, including mortgage/encumbrance in favour of Respondent No. 6 Indusind Bank, as they existed prior to the illegal manipulation carried out by Respondent No. 5. iii. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No. 6 IndusInd Bank to reconsider the Petitioners representation, unfreeze the amount approximately ₹25,00,000/- lying in the Petitioners' bank 3 account, and not to levy or recover further interest on the loan account till the correction of the revenue records and disposal of the dispute by the competent authority.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh duly constituted petition. 3.
