The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Telco P.S. Case No.132 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 64(1), 333, 115(2), 76, 77, 123, 352 and 351 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that false allegation is made against the petitioner and the petitioner and informant were in relationship since long period. She further submits that land dispute arose and thereafter false allegation is made of making the video and threatening to make it viral. On 2026:JHHC:9914 --2-- A.B.A. No. 1342 of 2026 these grounds, she submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be allowed. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State and Informant jointly opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of making obscene video of the informant and threatening has been made to make it viral. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the State further submits that even the video and photographs have been seized in the course of investigation as per the evidence. 6. Considering that allegations are there of making intimate video and further allegations are there of threatening to make it viral and the video and photographs have been seized in the course of investigation. Having the relationship is one of the aspect, however, taking away the dignity of a woman is another aspect and that is serious crime against the society. 7. In the attending facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
