Without interfering with the impugned docket order, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to challenge the award dated 05.03.2022, passed in M.C.O.P.No.1751 of 2017, on the file of Special Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai District, by filing a statutory appeal. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
