1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.
2. Learned advocate representing petitioner submits that inaction on the part of the concerned police authorities in registering FIR prompts the petitioner to approach this Court with the present writ petition seeking direction upon the police authority to take steps accordingly.
3. State respondents are represented by learned advocate and a communication dated 14th July, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Gopalnagar Police Station is filed and same is taken on record. Copy of the communication dated 14th July, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing petitioner.

4. It is disclosed in the communication dated 14th July, 2026 that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner FIR has been registered. Since concerned police authority has taken steps no further order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of.
5. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach jurisdictional Magistrate, if so advised.
6. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
