Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits petitioner is in custody for more than 4 months and is an Indian citizen who has been falsely implicated and detained in custody. Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary which reflects that at the time of immigration the petitioner was identified as Md. Aminul Islam being a citizen of Republic of Bangladesh. The said particulars have been sent for interrogation. Having considered the stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this early stage. 2 Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 1402 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
