The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “10.1. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this writ petition and may kindly pleased to quash the impugned transfer order dated 27.05.2022 passed by the respondent No. 2. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records pertains to petitioner’s case for kind perusal. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which may deem fit and proper in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that challenge in this writ petition is to an order dated 27.05.2022 (Annexure P/1) by which, the petitioner who was working as assistant teacher (LB) at Primary School, Semalnar, District Bastar was posted in Primary School Kosradongari (Bastar) District Bastar temporarily for proper teaching of the students in that school. He submits that this Court vide its order dated 29.06.2022, passed an interim order wherein it has been observed that if the impugned order has not been implemented and the petitioner has not been relieved, the implementation of the same shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing. Mr. Bajpai, learned counsel further submits that in view of the interim order, the petitioner is still working in Primary School Semalnar, District- Bastar. 3 3. Mr. Singh, learned submit that on account of interim order passed by this Court the petitioner is still working at Primary School, Semalnar, District- Bastar. 4. Be that as it may, Since this Court vide its order dated 29.06.2022 granted interim protection in favour of the petitioner and at the strength of the same, till today as submitted by learned counsel for the parties she is still working at Primary School, Semalnar, District-Bastar, this Court disposes of this writ petition with an observation that the respondent shall not act upon the impugned order Annexure P/1 however, they would be at liberty to pass fresh order if the exigency so arises. 5.
