Heard Mr. Debee Shanker Pandey, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. representing the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been preferred by the applicants with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Case No. 1090 of 2024 (Muskan Vs. Mohd. Naushad), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Raipurwa, District Kanpur Nagar, pending in the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 2, Kanpur Nagar, within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants apprised the Court that an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending before the learned trial court since 22.05.2024 and an interim maintenance application dated 17.12.2025 is also pending before the same court and the case has not culminated to its logical conclusion. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection if the matter of hearing on maintenance application be expedited in the interest of justice as it pertains to the interim maintenance of wife and children. 5. In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the case expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal hurdle, without permitting undue adjournments to either of the parties.
