The petitioner is presently a retired employee of the Border Security Force, who had served the Force with utmost diligence for a period of almost 30 years. 2. The petitioner was not given his dues on account whereof a writ petition had been filed being WPA 3141 of 2025. The said writ petition was disposed of directing the respondent authorities upon compliance of all formalities to release and pay the outstanding of the petitioner including the disabled pension within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the order. 3. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the said directions have not yet been complied with, though they are in progress. 4. The petitioner has also sought for certain other allowances to which he is entitled including Disability Pension, Companion Allowance (Sanchar Bhatta), Leave Encashment Amount and Gratuity 2 Amount. 5. Mr. Basu, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent authorities, submits that the same is in progress and will be completed within a specified time. 6. In view thereof, the respondent no.4 being the concerned authority is directed to complete the entire process and ensure disbursement of allowances to the petitioner within August 31, 2026. 7. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 8. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 9.
