Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions has submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner, namely, Songser Ali @ Samsher Ali has died on 05.11.2025 and in this regard, he has produced a copy of the death certificate. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall provide a photocopy thereof to be retained on record. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that owing to the death of the petitioner, the matter has become infructuous. 3. The notice of the learned counsel for the petitioner is drawn to the fact that there are consequences attached to the opinion. 4. Be that as it may, in view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter stands closed for having abated on the death of the petitioner. 5.
