Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the grievance projected in this writ petition, the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to respondent Nos. 2 & 3 who may be directed to decide the same in accordance with law within a specific period of time. 3. Learned counsel for the State have no objection in this regard. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent Nos. 2 & 3 within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such representation being made, it is expected that respondent Nos. 2 & 3 would take a decision on it within a further period of 120 days from the date of its 3 receipt in accordance with law. 5.
