Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for three years and is the person who allegedly fired at the deceased. Learned advocate appearing for the State further submits that 10 witnesses have been examined and 4 to 5 vulnerable witnesses are still left to be examined. Having considered the period of detention of the present petitioner, I direct the learned trial Court to complete the examination of vulnerable witnesses within a period of next four months. Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the period of four months is over. 2 Learned advocate appearing for the State is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial Court for taking necessary steps. At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 1411 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
