We do not find any justification in advancing the hearing of the HCP itself. However, Mr.S.Marshall, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the detenu has suffered fractures on both his arms and on account of improper medical attention, the bones have been set incorrectly. As a result, the detenu is wholly incapacitated and unable to perform any work. The petitioner claims to have made a representation on 09.01.2026 seeking proper medical attention, which has not been addressed till date. 2.
