Admittedly, petitioner is a retired employee of the respondent/Corporation. Petitioner claims that he retired on 31.01.2022 and gratuity amount is paid in part and interest and balance is not yet paid. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount payable to the petitioner is determined by the Controlling Authority and no appeal is filed against the said order dated 01.01.2024. Petitioner has submitted a representation on 09.01.2024 to comply the said order. 4.
