However, the description should have been as follows:-“ Executive Director Dibang Multi-Purpose, National Hydro Power Corporation Ltd., Lower Dibang Valley District, Roing, Arunachal Pradesh”. Also heard Shri R. H. Nabam, learned Addl. Advocate General who does not have objection to the said amendment, as prayed for. After considering the facts and circumstances, the instant Interlocutory Application is allowed and the description of the respondent No. 5 as mentioned above is allowed to be amended.
