JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs - a) Issue a writ Of Certiorari quashing the suspension order dated 17.3.2026 bearing ಸಂ:ೆಆLrF¯ï/DqÀ½vÀ/¹Dgï-J¸ï.¹zÁÝxÀð/2025- 26(E«-397) produced at Annexure-G in the interest of justice. b) Issue any order or directions that are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice. 2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the respondents have already initiated enquiry against the petitioner, the respondents may be directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible. 3.
