JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 2 19-08-2026 Heard Mrs.Kumari Sujata Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2020 instituted under Section 379 lodged on 20.01.2020 by the informant, Shivaji. 3. As per the prosecution story, the allegation is that one Swaraj tractor and a truck were standing near the road and the truck was loaded with iron rod. When he woke up in the morning, the truck was missing. This led to the FIR. 4. The investigation took the Police to the door of the petitioner, the FIR is of the year 2020, six years later, the present anticipatory bail application. 5. Learned APP adds it up by taking this Court to para-03 to show that he has three criminal antecedents under Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57588 of 2026(2) dt.19-08-2026 2/2 section 307 as also 394 of the Indian Penal Code. 6. Taking into account the aforesaid facts, no relief can be extended. 7.
