Learned advocate representing the petitioner expresses dissatisfaction with regard to investigation being carried out in Nager Bazar P.S. Case No.100 of 2026 dated 20th April, 2026. Prayer is also made for transferring the investigation to Criminal Investigation Department (CID) since there is no considerable progress made in the investigation. 3. Learned advocate representing the State respondents has filed a communication dated 22nd July, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Nager Bazar Police Station, Barrackpore Police Commissionerate and same is taken on record. Copy of the said communication dated 22nd July, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner. 4. It is disclosed in the said communication dated 22nd July, 2026 that as it was found by the Investigating Agency that huge amount of money is involved, case was handed over to the Inspector-in-Charge, Barrackpore Cyber Crime Police Station in terms of [2] the order of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Detective Department, Barrackpore on 3rd July, 2026. 5. Since it is disclosed that aforesaid case is transferred to concerned Cyber Crime Police Station, Court expects that requisite steps shall be taken for taking forward the investigation to its logical conclusion. 6.
