The case of the petitioner is that though he having been running the business at Shop No.536 and 537 at Frazer Road, all the persons similarly placed like the petitioner have been allotted the same number of shop at Ratan Bazaar, but as far as the petitioner is concerned, the same has been denied. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondent on 13.01.2026 to enquire the same, however no action has been taken so far. Hence, the present writ petition. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials on record. 4.
