Mr. Bimal Kumar Sharma, Regional Transport Officer, Barasat is present and submits that all efforts are being made to register e-rikshaw vehicles which are in compliance with Rule 126 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989. Mr. Bimal Kumar Sharma undertakes that there shall not be any delay if the applicants fulfill all the requisite rules and regulations. 2. Learned Jr. Govt. Pleader has also filed instruction on behalf of the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Barasat. Let it be taken on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also filed written instructions stating that the grievances 2 of the petitioners have already been redressed and, therefore, he does not want to continue with the present petition. 4. Mr. Bimal Kumar Sharma, Regional Transport Officer, Barasat is present in-person. His present is dispensed with. 5. In view of the submissions made, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
