The present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been preferred seeking correction/modification of the order dated 15.07.2025 passed by this Court in CRR No. 550 of 2024. It is contended that in paragraph 7 of the said order, due to an inadvertent typographical/clerical error, the word "learned trial Court" has been mentioned instead of "learned Appellate Court". KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while passing the order dated 15.07.2025 in CRR No. 550 of 2024, an inadvertent clerical/typographical error has crept into the last line of paragraph 7, wherein the words "learned trial Court" have been mentioned in place of "learned Appellate Court". Therefore, he prays that the order be modified only to the aforesaid limited extent. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 4. Upon due consideration of the submissions advanced and on perusal of the record, this Court finds that the error which has crept into the order dated 15.07.2025 passed in CRR No. 550 of 2024 is purely clerical and inadvertent in nature. The reference to "learned trial Court" in the last line of paragraph 7 is a typographical mistake and the same ought to have been recorded as "learned Appellate Court." 5. Consequently, it is directed that in paragraph 7 of the order dated 15.07.2025 passed in CRR No. 550 of 2024, the words "learned trial Court" shall be read as "learned Appellate Court." The order dated 15.07.2025 shall stand corrected to the aforesaid extent only. The remaining part of the said order shall remain unaltered. 6. Accordingly, the present petition stands allowed to the aforesaid extent. 7. Registry is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the Court concerned for information and necessary compliance. 8. A copy of this order shall also be retained with the record of CRR No. 550 of 2024. Sd/- (Ramesh Sinha) Chief Justice Kunal
