JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 20-08-2026 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 219 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 140(3) and 3(5) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 9.3.2026. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that from the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, it appears that the petitioner and the victim were in relationship and they have got Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47503 of 2026(3) dt.20-08-2026 2/2 married. 6. Learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State have opposed the application of the petitioner. 7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. 8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Maner P.S.
