Earlier in terms of an order dated 07.04.2026, the petitioner has been admitted to ad interim anticipatory bail subject to various conditions as set out in that order and this Court has been informed that pursuance to the order passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is continuously cooperating with the Investigating Agency which fact is also not disputed by the counsel for the respondents. 2. The petitioner has been accused of commission of offence under Section 61, 111, 318(4), 351(2) of BNS, 2023 arising out of case FIR No. 126/2025. Since this Court has already proceeded to exercise discretion in his favour and post granting of bail, the petitioner’s conduct has been found satisfactory. In that background, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this application further on board. 3. Accordingly, interim direction granted on 07.04.2026 is made absolute and the petitioner shall comply with the conditions set out in that order and continue to remain present with investigation and, once the charge-sheet is laid, shall undertake to remain present in trial as well. 4. Disposed of as such. 5. A copy of this order be forwarded to the Trial Court. 6. In addition, the Investigating Agency shall ensure that the charge- sheet is laid at the earliest.
