The present execution petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondents to comply with the order dated 06.01.2026 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.187 of 2026, titled Pooja Devi Vs. State of H.P. & Ors. 3. Needless to say, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, and the respondents shall be at liberty to take a decision in the matter in accordance with law and in consonance to the order dated 06.01.2026 passed by this Court.
