The Court :- Appeal is directed against order dated June 25, 2026 passed in IA No.GA/2/2026 and GA/3/2026 in PLA/199/2021. On an application questioning the affirmation of an affidavit in the probate proceeding, learned Judge passed the impugned order. Impugned order is interim in nature. Learned Trial Judge directed preservation of CCTV footage. Learned Trial Judge also directed filing of affidavits. 2 The application in which the impugned order was passed is yet to be disposed of. Learned advocate appearing for the appellant contends that, the document concerned is an affidavit. In course of affirmation of an affidavit, a document is generated which shows that the deponent entered the High Court premises. He seeks preservation of that document. We are not minded to issue any further order than what is contained in the impugned order for the present moment. The application is yet to be disposed of by the learned Single Judge. Learned Single Judge directed preservation of the CCTV footage. At this stage, further direction, as sought for by the appellant, is not called for.
