JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 16.06.2025 in I.A.No.5 in COM.O.S.No.14/2022, whereby the Commercial Court dismissed an application filed by defendant No.3 under Order VII Rule 10 read with Section 151 of the CPC. 2. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/plaintiffs submits that this Court in WP No.21874/2025 and batch dated 23.06.2026 had passed an order by setting aside the order passed by the Commercial Court and transferred the suits to the jurisdictional court, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru. 3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs and in the light of the orders passed in WP No.21874/2025 dated 23.06.2026, this Court is passing the following: - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:35766 WP No. 21299 of 2025 ORDER i. The order dated 16.06.2025 passed by the Commercial Court under Order VII Rule 10 read with Section 151 CPC is set aside, and consequently, I.A.No.5 is allowed. The suit stands transferred to the jurisdictional Court, Bangalore Rural District. ii. The jurisdictional Court, considering the fact that the matter has been pending since 2024, shall expeditiously decide the matter. iii. The matter shall continue from the same stage. iv. The jurisdictional Court shall not grant unnecessary adjournments to the parties. v. The trial court shall issue notice to the parties. vi.
