Heard on CRMP No. 1635/2026, which is an application under Section 528 of BNSS for condonation of delay and extension of time in depositing the cost amount of Rs.1000/- for restoration of CRA No.202/2024 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 22.01.2026. 2 2. Vide order dated 17.03.2026, CRMP No.758/2026 preferred by the petitioner for restoration of CRA No.202/2024 was allowed directing the petitioner to deposit the cost of Rs.1,000/- within 07 days from the passing of order, however, the said order has not been complied with and by the instant CRMP, a prayer has been made for extension of time for payment of cost of Rs.1,000/-. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having considered the reasons assigned in the application, CRMP No.1635/2026 is allowed. The petitioner is granted further time to deposit the cost of Rs.1,000/- imposed vide order dated 17.03.2026 in CRMP No.758/2026, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a further cost of Rs.1,000/- (total Rs.2,000/-) before the High Court Legal Services Authority within 07 working days from today. 4.
